Valley Creek Church wants people to experience life on earth as it is in Heaven
Summit collaborated with Chris Kozen, the Production Coordinator at Valley Creek Church, and Idibri, the AVL consultant, to help facilitate the install of this multi-site church organization. 
The approach to the project was to develop consistency around standardization in order to accommodate for Valley Creek’s smaller staff team. Because there was an investment in the relationship with the people of Valley Creek, Summit and Idibri were able to prioritize their needs for an accelerated time frame and flexibility with the overall project implementation in their ministry.
